Metal Edge Embroidery (now trading under Motorcycle Products Ltd) have been providing the UK's groups, clubs and associations with high grade embroidered badges for over 15 years. Our experience in the design & production of embroidered products is second to none.

We have a very large customer base most of whom come back to us year after year for repeat orders or with new designs.

Small embroidered badge orders are welcome but we do state a minimum please of just 50 pieces.

There are no hidden charges - we do not charge extra for artwork advice, machine setup, proofing or even shipping (within the UK).

Delivery is normally within 14 days from receipt of payment.

Once we have received your artwork we will produce a digitised version of your design so that you can see how the finished embroidered patch will look.

Then if you are happy with the digitised artwork, we will then proceed with your order.

Here's an idea of what can be achieved from your artwork

Once you have drawn up your artwork you need to decide if you want your patches cut to shape or on a square or circle with an overlocked border etc.  Will you want a plain sew-on backing or one of the other options such as iron-on, stick-on or perhaps Velcro? What size do you want it to be? General size of approx 80mm is most common but we can make any size from 50mm to 300mm.

We require a minimum order of 50 pieces please, which in general amounts to £2.15p each at an approx size of 80mm

Prices drop depending on quantities, 100, 200. 500, 10000, 10,000 etc. can be only a few pence each.

Please Add 15p Each for Iron-on.
Please Add 25p Each for Velcro Hard Loop Backing.

A hard loop backing for attaching to garments already with soft loop Velcro attached.
Please Add 35p Each for two piece Velcro.

A hard loop backing with a soft piece for sowing to garment.
Please Add 20p Each for Stick-on.

A peel off backing leaving a sticky surface.
Please Add 55p Each for Reflective Backing.

This backing is the same as used by the emergency services.

The more you buy, the cheaper the price per embroidered badge becomes.
